Work environment - very friendly culture
Good work-life balance
Capable management, from lower levels all the way up to the board
Full benefits and pay package
Rotations around different locations all around the country
Given time to learn and understand rather than throwing you in the deep end
Time, training and money invested in you for very little return initially

Graduate scheme could be more structured with clear learning objectives for each department and each rotation.

Take every stage seriously.
The phone interview is a tricky dynamic, be pleasant and honest, if you're not, they will be able to see through you immediately.

Practice public speaking, you're asked to stand up and speak on more than one occasion.
There will always be a group activity and an individual activity. Always make yourself stand out in the group activity for the right reasons, always be the first to speak, even if its asking everyone else what they think, it shows confidence and decisiveness. Be the person to bring in the other people that aren't contributing much.
