Helpful Teammates Interesting Challenges Easy access to interesting tools if business justification is there Flex schedule means I can set my own hours to when I work best - I usually come on earlier in the morning as im most productive then, and leave earlier in the afternoon.

Worst

Some of the work is quite uninspiring - such as documentation pieces, BAU stuff..
