The graduate scheme is a highly regarded role within the business and you are treated and looked after really well, on the proviso that you work hard and are ready and willing to progress and feed your knowledge back for the benefit of the company. The more willing you are to be geographically mobile, the better your knowledge and understanding will become and furthermore the wider scope there will be for progression.
