1. The people you work with 2. The opportunity to experience different offices and working environments 3. The fellow graduates.

1. How late you get told where you are relocating to 2. Do not get given a company phone 3. The process for coming off the scheme is not that clear.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, the company care more about the people they are employing than the knowledge you have. Especially as a graduate, you are not expected to know anything about the construction industry before joining the company.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself during assessment centres - they are not a competition so do not try to compete as the company will notice this straight away. Also, they often ask questions around your willingness to relocate etc, as this is a massive part of the scheme.
