What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Firstly be confident and show enthusiasm for the industry. It is also important to have a competent understanding of the industry and be aware of Taylor Wimpey's vision, strategy and targets.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview is a 3 step process: telephone interview, assessment centre and final interview. All stages are focused on competency based questions in which the interviewer is looking for you to demonstrate how in the past you have demonstrated a particular skill or quality. My advice is to try and identify competency situations which are that recent.
