What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to be yourself.

Secondly, make sure you apply because it is in my opinion the best graduate scheme in this industry and you won’t realise how good it is until you start it.

On top of this, it is important to be comfortable with the fact you are nationally flexible. You could be working in Exeter on a Friday and start your next rotation in Scotland on the Monday. The job requires a lot of travel so ensuring you have a reliable car is also essential.

During the application process, it is beneficial to demonstrate your personality. Make sure this can be seen in your application.

Do you have any interview tips?

It's easy to say but try and stay relaxed. I found the interview really good, the questions were hard but they got the best out of me. Where I struggled to answer, the question was asked in a different way to ensure they got a full understanding of me.

It is also important to be yourself and show your personality. Check the share price before you go into your interview. I was asked this question in mine.

Another good question was - what was the last mistake you made? I had never been asked this question in previous interviews and was not expecting it.
