Make sure that your application is company and industry specific by thoroughly researching both.

Do you have any interview tips?

As part of the application process there was a telephone interview, Assessment Centre and following this a final interview and presentation with senior members of staff. There weren't any trick questions asked, and were all quite enjoyable experiences. Be yourself, show that you are driven and have a keen interest in the housebuilding industry.
