What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure your personality comes across in the application, it is as much about your personality as everything else. When you are on the programme you have the opportunity to learn and develop skills to help the business and your own career development.
As with any interview/assessment centre, make sure you prepare fully, researching the company's history and aims/objectives.
Overall, just be yourself, everyone is genuinely very friendly and approachable.
