What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The usual - know the company, it's competitors, market conditions, and be prepared to ask some intelligent questions through the interview process. Taylor Wimpey value graduates who are ambitious and willing to challenge convention, so you also need to be confident and eager to bring fresh ideas into the business.

Do you have any interview tips?

The application process is fairly standard - initial application, telephone interview, assessment centre. I was also asked to deliver a presentation to two senior business leaders which is a real opportunity to show off your market knowledge and leadership qualities.
