What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The possibilities and experience you can get from the job is amazing. It offers you fast track to a high managerial role within just few years if you are up for the challenge. On top of that you got a lot of training and courses to attend, giving you a full overview of the company itself.

Worst

Not really company related, however Covid is slowing the learning process by cancelling all trips or live in class room trainings. Challenging us to schedule it by internet, or just push out in time.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
