What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself - the assesors are professionals - they'll see straight through you. At the end of day, once you've passed the basic requirements - will you treat people fairly and act with courageous integrity? The final thing would be, would I want to work with this person on my team? It's so important to be yourself and let the assessors see this.
