There are many stages. Just keep confident and do some background research into the company and industry to show willingness to learn and enthusiasm for this particular company.
Do you have any interview tips?
Keep confident and answer the questions with as broad a range of examples as you can. Many of them are competency related, particularly on the telephone interview. Work together rather than against one another in the team challenges and group tasks if an assessment centre is done.
