What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

The graduate programme is well established within the company, across all offices, so there is buy-in from the vast majority of colleagues because they often have experience in helping a graduate get settled in, and there is always work available for those who are willing to get stuck in.

Our six months rotations are fixed, and although they are clearly defined from the outset it can be a pain to give 100% to a project. With the nature of the industry our offices are often in out-of-town locations and some may see this as an issue if you're only going to be in the area for six months, but I have found it easy to live in the city and commute out against the traffic.
