What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself! As Pareto is such a sociable environment, we want to get to know what you're like as a person. People that are successful at Pareto are people that will give anything a go at least once and are always looking to learn.
Do you have any interview tips?
Lots of standard interview questions will come up regarding competencies. So using examples to show teamwork, leadership, innovation, communication etc. are always good to prepare.
We also like to throw in some questions you can't prepare for, so think about current events and affairs and be prepared to think on your feet a bit.
