What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing is the exposure you are subject to whilst you are on the graduate scheme, you get to see all of the business. They have a real drive and emphasis on the young people throughout, (Not just Graduates) coming into the business for the future.

Worst

Some days can be slow when there are limited opportunities for you to be involved with the team you are in; so I always ensure I have other projects I'm involved with in parallel so I can pick these up when my work load drops off within a specific department.

Do you have any interview tips?

Prepare in advance, be confident in what you are delivering and be engaging. A poorly prepared interview will be found out very quickly, a saying that always stuck with me is - "Prior preparation prevents poor performance"!

Question typically follow the general trend of your work experience to date, why you want this role etc... It's worth making sure you have a few questions to ask the interviewers as well. The interview involves a presentation, so make sure you are prepared as a previously said!
