What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Use lots of 'work' examples rather than 'university' examples if possible. If you have had an industrial placement use these experiences to answer the questions. Work experience is just as important as your attainment in education.

Personality is just as important as competency!! The interview process is the perfect time to show your true personality as it is important to 3M that you would fit within the team.
