Do you have any interview tips?
My suggestion for preparation is to read up on ALL the industries Costain is involved in so you have a good knowledge of that. The website would be a great help for that. Try and maybe know one project per industry that would probably give you bonus points. In the interview it should be technical knowledge so just brush up on key fundamentals of engineering knowledge. Presentation should be something you are confident enough in your knowledge with and something that can be understood across other disciplines. Group task is mostly about how you work in a team. I believe you will do great if you remain calm and be yourself
