Other graduates are kind and supportive, and there are great company benefits.

I have not been given technical training, and have therefore not gained the experience I had hoped, not helped by the lack of work I have been given. My line manager is a very skilled engineer however has not made any efforts to guide me through my early career.

It is more important to show your teamworking abilities than the result of activities within the assessment centre. Treat the interview as a formal conversation, it makes for a better individual interview.
