Best
I like the creativity involved in figuring out solutions and learning more about the industry.
Worst
As is the case with all project based work the workload can ebb and flow dramatically so some weeks I am busy and others I am struggling to find stuff to do.

Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself and try to be as open and friendly as possible they're looking for people that will fit well into the existing team. They can teach you how to do the work but not how to be a decent person. They will usually ask a question based around the company's values so have an answer ready.
