What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show enthusiastic and good initiative. The projects can be fast paced and there is often a lot information to take on board in regard to project procedures (which vary considerably from project to project); so make sure you show that you're adaptable and a fast learner.

Look through construction drawings and have a basic understanding of CAD and the associated procedures.
