in the assessment centre I enjoyed the whole process and the exercises as I felt very relaxed. be prepared to explain why you want that role and which are your skills to succeed. Try to remember the four core values of the company and to have an answer for all of them. Commercial awareness help in some of the exercises but also the ability to be methodological, organize or lead in the group exercise
