Ensure you have a good level of sector experience I.e operations/hospitality.

Do you have any interview tips?
I was asked predominantly competency-based questions during the interview, i.e tell me about a time you have delivered world-class service. So my advice for the interview would be prepared with real-world examples of when you have delivered great service, teamwork, leadership etc.
