Try as much as possible to show who you really are as a person, not just grades on a piece of paper

Have an opinion and don't be scared to answer a question that may be controversial with your own opinion as long as you justify/explain it and our reasoning
Be yourself at assessment centres. Speak up and be confident but don't be too cocky. No 'Apprentice' style bitchiness in group tasks. Work with others. Talk to other graduates as well as exisiting employees/assessors at networking events/tasks
