They do like graduates that have some industrial experience whether this be summer or year placements.
Do you have any interview tips?
The interview is over two days and they do pay for a hotel to stay in. The interview is intense but done in a relaxed and friendly environment as you get to know other candidates and interviewers. This makes it very easy to ask questions and find out what you need to know about Croda.
