What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Due to the potential dangers of the nuclear industry there is a huge priority on safety. Make sure you understand how your role would fit in with the overall goal of Risk and Hazard reduction.
Do you have any interview tips?
The hardest part of the application process was the assessment centre which consisted of a standard competency based interview, a technical interview and a short presentation about yourself. There was also a group activity which required the team to split into roles and prioritise each of our time accordingly.
