Exposure to different people in the business, from shopfloor personnel to senior management.
Having the chance to both learn new skills and doing a job that can have an impact on the business.
Really good training received. Good working environment.

Worst

Finding barriers of different kind when trying to implement changes or improvements.

Experiencing issue due to poor or lacking communication/coordination between different people, departments, sites etc

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000

What hours do you actually work, on average?

Start: 08:00

Finish: 16:30

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
