What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Definitely apply for this graduate programme! I have felt very supported and am learning a lot about the industry and working life. Be confident in your ideas about what and where you want to be.
Do you have any interview tips?
The telephone interview was fairly straight forward with the standard questions. There were a few curve balls in there - for example "Do you have any regrets?". Also do not underestimate the importance of extra-curricular activities such as Duke of Edinburgh or any other achievements.
The assessment day is really interesting and very competitive - be confident but also learn to listen to others in the group exercise, as this is a good skill to have!
