What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

- Good company culture across both roles I have done; good working environment
- Opportunities to undertake CPD if this is something you're motivated and driven to do
- Work on projects with a high value which is great for the CV

Worst

- Clarity about what happens after graduate scheme; generally most graduates stay on but more visibility on timescales for the transition would be better.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £29,000 - £31,000

Do you have any interview tips?

Severn Trent recruits on strengths, rather than competencies which means it's ok if you don't have any directly related experience, it is more about you as a person. It's important to show you align with the values the business prides itself on. I'd recommend looking at our strategic framework available online and familiarising yourself with Severn Trent's business language to think about whether you would be a good fit.
