What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The flexible working arrangements have really helped as the office is a 2 hour commute from where I live. Being given the opportunity to work from home for some of my week really helps with my productivity and I actually get a lot more done.
Worst
Due to Arcadis being such a huge company, lessons learnt are not always captured and distributed throughout teams therefore we can spend a lot of time trying to outline the processes and templates ourselves, it can also be difficult to know who to contact for certain information.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, I got rejected from a lot of graduate roles which was disheartening, but I persevered with applications and eventually got a job!
