What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The good work life balance due to flexible and hybrid working. There is also a strong support network within my team ad the KCC staff groups in general.
Worst
There is minimal interaction with the team as a whole due to hybrid working nature, however we have quarterly development days to make up for this.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Start: 08:30
Finish: 16:30
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application should have a strong personal statement and the applicant should have good knowledge of the councils structure and any relevant legislation to do with the service.

My interview was a panel style interview where I was asked skills based, scenario based and values based questions.
