What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Benefits, support, manager engagement and the ability to have honest conversations with managers r.e responsibilities and goal setting.

Opportunities to get involved in high profile innovative projects, learning and implementing tier 1 processes.

Worst

Getting used to the work load. High day-to-daywork load paired with graduate orientated calls and training, chartership training and taking time to reflect and learn can be challenging to start with.
