The rotation - they say you have to rotate after a year. Nothing was organised on time and was not kept in the loop as to where I would be going. Ended up getting rotated a fair few months after when I should have with no idea as to where I would be going so I could not plan my life around it. Even though they said it would be mandatory, a fair few did not even rotate.
