Understand how your strengths match GT values and let them shine.
Understand the link between the skills you have, and the skills needed for the role. A lot of the construction industry is not widely known, but by searching based on skill you may find a job you didn't know existed.

The goal of a GT interview is to give you a platform to shine, not an interrogation.
Understand your 1 year 3year, 5yeat and 10 year plan. Although GT want to Invest long term in their people they understand that people need change. Letting them know shows you have a plan.
Be you. They want to know what you bring to the table not he person you can pretend to be.
