- The people that i work with - The varied nature of my work - The projects that i am involved in - Even though i am a grad i have been given a considerable amount of responsibility which has been great for my progression - The training and support by my colleagues - Agile working (3 days site, 2 days home)

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

- At grad level GT are more focused on the type of person you are and the qualities you demonstrate rather than your experience so don't worry if you do not have any experience! - Take your time with your application - Show how your values are aligned

- Be yourself - Interview questions relate to their values/a lot of focus on H&S - Be curious ask questions (you want to make sure that the company is a good fit for yourself)
