What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

A nice work environment. Not expected to know everything straight away. Eased into the job with responsibilities building up over time. People to talk to if help is needed. Nice Salary for a graduate role. The Company encourages progression and training. Healthcare insurance/ Pension scheme is great. A generous number of holiday days.

Worst

Due to starting my job during the covid pandemic, remote working does have its setbacks, not allowing me to progress as quickly as I would have liked to.
