Kier are a personable company.

Focus on your personal qualities and what these would bring to Kier rather than focusing too much on your professional working experience.

I had no construction experience beforehand, and I did not study a construction related degree at University. I believe in my application Kier, liked who I was as a person and appreciated my willingness to learn.

I think it is fantastic that a company of such scale would recruit in this matter, considering how competitive the recruitment process must be.
