What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Being trusted to undertake my role independently whilst also having the more experienced people by my side should i need that support. Also willingness to provide increased levels of responsability to the team following good performance.
Worst
Time management. Probably a result of the 'Best' category and my own eagerness to hold greater responsability.

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000
Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Simplicity is key. Provide enough detail to clearly outline your experiance and suitability for the role without being verbose.
