What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't overdo your application, keep it simple yet sophisticated. Show different types of experiences such as university, work experience and more importantly life experiences.
Do you have any interview tips?
Always refer back to the question, don’t waffle and keep to the point of the question that has been asked. Be confident but not arrogant, talk to other candidates and ask plenty of questions. When answering interview questions provide real life examples to showcase your experiences. I was asked about conflict resolution and law so brush up on it before the interview.
