- Flexibility to move roles and projects throughout UK, Ireland and sometimes Europe
- Some teams really help you learn and progress
- Subsistence/living allowance from moving away from home
Worst
- Communication between HR around what you need to get when moving to a different location in a different country as well as subsistence
- No help in finding accommodation between UK and Ireland which is particularly difficult in Ireland.
