The interview consists of an assessment day which puts you through various tasks which assess your verbal and written communication skills. These include a variety of tasks including Group Discussion, Interview, Written Critical analysis, Fact-Finding Mission, Presentation etc.
My advice would be to try and relax as much as you can during the day.
