What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Read as much about the market as possible. Stay abreast of current affairs. Read about the different asset classes (Credit, Equities, Rates, FX, etc), understand what it means to be a market maker and how markets work and so on. Try to demonstrate what individually motivates you and why you're enthusiastic to learn.

Keep it simple and succinct. Don't waffle, don't make stuff up. Try not to get flustered. Remain calm and personable.
