What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Huge variety of people are taken into the graduate scheme so don't be afraid to apply. Some work experience is necessary but they were happy to take me on with only a small amount of relevant experience as i performed well in their other tests and had a wide range of other experiences (voluntary and teaching work) as well as a good degree result.
