Gain as much work experience as possible and when including in the application, make it relevant to the role you are applying for.
Do you have any interview tips?
Take the time to prepare by getting to know the departments within the business, the activities included in the role you are applying for and the main competitors.
I found it particularly useful getting to know the main challenges the business faces such as a high proportion of EU workers. This was addressed to me as a question regarding Brexit.
I was also asked "If you were a biscuit, what would you me and why?" during my interview - so try including your prepped answers about yourself to apply to curveball questions!
