What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure that you research their ethos, and understand their values. If you don't hold the same passions for health and safety above and beyond compliance, and a commitment to becoming "deep green", then it will become apparent in your interview.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be a team player. Get involved, but don't overpower the group in the exercise. Know why you want to work there, and show confidence and make them aware that you understand your strengths and weaknesses. They aren't looking for a know-it-all, and they dedicate a lot of time into training.
