What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Being able to see the progress of the building is very rewarding, and working with a large group of people.
Worst
The hours can be quite long (7:30 to 5:30 or 8:00 to 6:00) however this is relatively typical for construction site based roles.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Provide evidence that you can work hard or independently - show that you can conduct some form of independent research or work (coursework, thesis, etc) as this will be important to problem solving and other parts of the day to day work.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident when delivering your "topical" presentation, this presentation can be on any subject you choose - hobby, job, construction, etc. Just be able to link it somewhat back to the job - ie your hobby making you better at interpersonal relations, etc.
Have some knowledge of the companies projects and ethos etc.
