What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company and make sure you understand the business and how it is split up, and which part you want to work for and are applying for. Make sure you know about current projects (which the website or a quick online search will tell you) and company/industry changes and be able to mention them, at least in brief detail - you don't have to be an expert! Also important are the company values and how you can demonstrate them - have good examples of a "time you demonstrated....." etc.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be calm, confident and relaxed. Listen to what others say in the group exercises but put your points across. Confidence is key. In the interview, the interviewers want to get to know a bit about you, so be able to open up and give full answers to allow your personality to come across.
