What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The company really puts its employees first, The Academy when you join is great but very challenging.
Worst
Not really a criticism but there is a steep learning curve and I think you have to be someone who is really prepared to feel ok about not knowing the answer to a problem and to just get on with it.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £33,000 - £35,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just go for it. BJSS takes on people from a wide variety of backgrounds. Don't let a lack of formal CS education stop you.
Do you have any interview tips?
Don't give up if you feel stuck. A good effort at solving a problem is better than not trying.
