What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Get to make software within an interesting domain. I feel like I have ownership of what I am doing.
Worst
Can feel unstructured due to lack of project tooling (R&D work) leading to bursts of intensive work that If managed better could be smoothed out to still meet the required timelines.

Show you are keen to learn, most of the technology/software mentioned in my interview I had never even heard of. As a graduate you cannot be expected to have all the experience.
