What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Much of the application process is handled by a 3rd party, I think it's Futureboard, but the assessment centre onwards is BT - these later ones are the important bits.
Do you have any interview tips?
You'll probably be emailed a coding exercise to complete. Finishing this isn't as important as actually taking some time over it. Even if you don't finish it, being able to explain your working is more important as you WILL be asked in the interview.
And don't just "borrow" code from stackoverflow, because often the code doesn't match with what the spec asked for.
