What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Brush up on numeracy and literacy skills for on-line test.
It's less about technical knowledge, more about drive and passion.
Don't be too nervous about starting, the initiation period it can be very relaxed and you won't be expected to know exactly what you're supposed to do.
Do you have any interview tips?
Relax, especially at the assessment centre. There isn't just a competency based interview so there are a few other ways to sell yourself if you don't like them. Again, focus on your personality more than technical ability.
